Today will mark my first official day of not being high in about 3 months. I know I can do it it’s that I just have to find new hobbies to make up for the time. When I smoked there was automatically 3 hours of my time occupied. Now that I’m clean, I’m going to have to find some activities to keep me away from weed.
Here’s some ideas I had in mind:
1. Begin running daily (other workouts as well)
2. Finish and update various client websites
3. Read 1 book every other week
4. Do some community service
5. Spend more time with family
My intitial goal of soberness is 3 months. I want to at least make it 90 full days so I can analyze how weed effected my life while high and how it effects it which is sober. If I feel like I can smoke again and still maintain an active lifestyle then I’ll be tokin’ again, if not….who knows?
